  1. Street Legal means exactly that. Is the car you're driving legal for driving in the area you are in or are going to? Driving from New York to California one would have to cross several states and be legal in ALL of those states. It's really pretty simple. Of course there are a LOT of people on the roads today that think the driving laws are for the other people and not them.
  2. They do look good, however I have plenty of tires in stock right now.
  3. How 'bout street legal equipment like working lights, tail lights, turn signals, flashers, inside and outside mirrors, license plates?
  4. I'll play, so here are a few of mine..........................................................
  5. Oh it does catch my interest Chuck, and a very nice build at that.
  6. If you spray your colored plastic bodies with Tamiya Silver Leaf, then your primer, and then your color & clear coats, you should have NO bleed through as it has worked for me a few times already.
  7. Very nice builds Robert as those JoHan kits are favorite to many of us builders. I sold a mint Marlin kit earlier this year and maybe will part with a few more JoHans as I'm "thinning the herd."
  8. I haven't been to the NNL in Toledo since 2011 and it has always been a great show. However I started going there in 2000 or early 2000's and it was just mind boggling with all the vendors. Last time I went the vendors have dropped off quite a bit. Sorry to hear that next year will be the last for Toledo which had started the NNL's in the first place if I'm not mistaken, but if the people aren't there to put in the work to takeover the show and keep it going it'll be gone. Sad news, but times are changing.
  9. I always use Tamiya primer, however I just shoot it from the can with great results. No muss, no fuss, just "shake 'n spray."
  10. A sign of the times.
  11. Great tips and the mirrors are called "West Coast" mirrors as I also had them on my pick up truck back in the 70's.
  12. Yes I found a CB radio in a van kit that I had parted out earlier this year.
