..... as a club project we obtained a large group of "glue-bombs" ............... we then drew numbers to find out which "bomb" we had to rebuild ............... we had a month to get this accomplished I drew a Buick Riviera lowrider ............... after pondering the sad choice for a day or so, I came up with this idea ................. my small block, heavyweight, F/G Riviera

Slixx doesn't produce or sell Nascar decals anymore. Nascar's marketing greed forced the them to the drag racing side of motorsports. They (Slixx) have always insisted on proper licensing and Nascar simply priced them out of the Nascar decal business, just as they forced 3 Amigos and others out of business. So if you are looking for these particular decals, you will need to check the second level decal marketers like Southern Motorsports Hobby. Ronnie has lots of Slixx decals from the previous runs and offers them on his website www.smhracing.com.

I bought the regulator separately when I purchased my first airbrush setup. It's a stand-alone unit that connects on one side to the compressor and on the other side to the hose. The connections are made with quick connects. Before I got it I had to use the non-accurate regulator which was built into the compressor (used the compressor for my 1:1 air tools). If I remember correctly it cost around $15. John Pattison, the man who taught me to use an airbrush told me I had to get an external regulator/trap. He is an absolute master with an airbrush as you can see below

Mark, I have an external regulator on my compressor hose and it has an accurate gauge ............. will adjust from 5 pounds to 150 pounds ......... works great for me as my compressor only puts out a maximum of 120 pounds and it also has a built-in condensation trap ............... gives me good control of the airbrush no matter what needle I have in the unit You have mail at Randy's

Mark, You have mail at Randy's. John

I haven't been to the Clemmons show in at least five years, if not more. I'm not even a member of CKM anymore. I now have a job that requires me to work evenings so I couldn't make the Tuesday night meetings. I took some models to one show, and took my 1:1 English Ford to another. Don't know if I'll make this year's show or not. However, I would love to meet you sometime.

My wife made me felt "gloves" to transport all my model cars in during our many moves .............. they are also great at sealing out air and moisture while the cars are in their storage boxes........ took this one out a couple of years ago, cleaned it up with a soft paint brush, added some Goodyear decals to the tires and you see the results

Now that's exactly what a Modified Production is supposed to look like ............... no exotic intake, no oversize tires hanging out of the back, no front end a mile high ..................... built exactly to the Modified Production rules ............. an outstanding build sir, right down to the cutout in the front seat to make room for the Hurst shifter on the BW T-10 4-speed ................ one of your very best
