Great Start! This is one of my favorites!

The Taililights Look like They are Lit Up! The taillights are made from 24th scale Chrome Wheel Backs and Red Plastic Rhinestones from a craft store.

I usually wait till the last minute to decide on the colors. Sometimes I think picking colors is the hardest part of the build.

Now We've Got Some Legroom! I was looking for door panels for the DW Style Interior Plate on Willys Deal when I found this custom interior in Revell's 32 Ford Roadster. Turns out with a little cutting & fitting it fits Willys Deal real nice!

I made a recessed area for the license plate! I cut a rectangle out of the trunk with a Dremel Tool & an X-acto Knife. Then I cut a piece of "L" shape plastic strip the same width as the recessed area. After glueing the "L" strip in place, I covered the sides of the "L" strip with sheet plastic. Here is the recessed license area!

More Painting.... After the Diamond Dust paint dried, I turned the body upside down and sprayed the underside with Mica Blue. I didn't mask the top area so the separation line between the colors is soft. The interior and engine area have been painted Flat Black. While I was spraying the Mica Blue I turned the body slightly and sprayed the taillight area also!

Thanks James! I saw this Vent/Stairs idea on another website a while ago. It is a great tip...

I Filled in some of the Slots with putty to make 3 vents from one! I added vents in the rear also!

Vents & Intakes!!! These HO scale stairs from Plastruct are perfect for making vents or intakes! They come in at least 2 sizes... I cut the stairs to size, cut a hole big enough to fit and glued them in. This front vent will be turned into 3 vents later... stay tooned!!!
