I am finishing up all the last minute details now. I am making Flame Tail Lights from "Ceramic Christmas Tree Light Decorations". I bought these at a ceramic/crafts store many years ago. I put each plastic flame light in a drill chuck and filed them down to the right size. Almost finished!!! Finished photos are coming soon.
  3. Thanks Hans! Good to hear from you. Are you going to NNL West again next year?
  4. I made a little progress on the ZZZ-28 this weekend! I started setting up the Headers and a way of mounting them. First I cut eight 1" lengths of plastic tubing and cleaned them up. Then I set each set of the 4 pipes up 1/8" back on each one. Next glue was applied. I measured and figured where the Headers should exit the body and I cut a slot on each side. I cut away part of the Belly pan to make room for the Headers. Then I fit a piece of sheet plastic to fit between the body sides, along the slot for the Headers. Here are the Headers in position. Looks like a good fit! Here is a photo of the Headers exiting the body.
  5. Thanks for the kind words Tim!
  6. Thanks for your comments Wayne!
  7. NICE BUILD!!! Great Paint and Detailing!
  8. I made a Belly Pan for the front of the ZZZ-28 from sheet plastic and glued it in place. Then I cut a groove with a cut-off wheel in the Dremel Tool for the front axle. I used files and sandpaper to clean it up.
  9. GREAT START!!! This is Wild...
  10. I cut out a rectangle in the hood to house the Twin Superchargers. Then I backed it with sheet plastic. I didn't care for the Supercharger Scoops that came with the Corvette so I replaced them with Shotgun Scoops from AMT Challenger kits.

  16. Thanks Casey, that's what I was going for... The Wheels are 2 piece, that makes them real easy to paint.
  17. Thanks Billy! Fred Flypogger liked the MONSTER logo so much that he got a big "MONSTER SCRATCH" Tatoo on his back! (Sorry you can't see it in these photos.)

  20. Thanks Nick!
  21. Thanks Shane!
  22. I used a clear piece of plastic to hold the truck up. I removed most of it with Photoshop, but you can still see part of it on some photos.
