  4. mostly stock but it took a lot of work to get it to where it is, had to redo the exhaust i wasnt happy with it.
  5. it is but youd be surprised at how easy it is, rocas not bad for a start, if you plan on building more modern cars pick up a sharpie professional marker at a hardware store, its great for window borders 2 passes and its done.
  6. man thats impressive
  7. i had gotten this car in a pile of wrecks, none of the cars were salvageable for parts so a majority found their way to the garbage except for this and 2 other cars i plan on restoring. this one rolled so i gave it to my niece so she could play with it when she was over it lasted a good 5 or 6 months but as you know models aint really for playing, eventually the front wheels gave out and the car ended up at the bottom of the toy bin. when i came back from florida she told me it broke and if i could fix it, i decided to just buy her one that could put up with the abuse and fit her dolls in it when shes old enough ill give it to her as a Bday present. the paint is nailpolish mixed with HOK candy concentrates with yellow flames and coated with urethane. this was also the first build i tried the dimmed rotary tool for final polishing and im happy i used meguars ultimate compund and scratch X with the final buff done with the treatment. before after
  8. did some more work last night. this was the worst motor i assembled way too much chrome i stripped the valve covers and front block assembly and still ended up looking kinda chromey so i painted and tinted some of the parts.i was gonna wire it sideways then my friend cursed me out cause thats not how L28s are wired it does look good when completed ill give it that starting the suspension this was a chore on its own but not as bad as you think. interior completed
  9. never liked the tops i always had dust problems with them i also primer and clear 3 or 4 cars at a time so i need that extra space, i put a tote over the cars after im done painting.

  13. i get what youre saying, im not a big fan of the dissapearing sidewall look unless its layed out on all 4 corners it looks weird when you can see a whole rear wheel and half the front. i did score 2 small sidewall tires and so far happy with how it mocked up. lol i have no idea why im building this im not a truck or elcamino person
  14. looks like my mini sans wheels

  17. the stereotypes and stigmas that corvettes are stuck with makes them very unappealing to own one in 1:1 ill stick to trucks on this one jdm or otherwise
  18. im a fan of the show too
