yup i assemble and prime the body first even if im selling as a prepaint it looks better in the end, BMF and super sharp blades, i leave them as is if theyre lowriders if i wanna dull them down i coat them with future
started buffing this with less than stellar results the paint i used was pretty contaminated cause it was spotty
started assembly on this
stared at this for a hour trying to figure out what other wheels i have that might work with this
ive known about the cereal ones for some time, i use old modelcar boxes for mine as i dont eat that much cereal.
ill add my own tip if youre cool with it
instead of reeking up the whole house with the smell of filler to patch one low spot on a kit i use a syringe filled with putty and disperse a dime at a time so that way i dont over mix or make a mess. i mix all my putty in a pringles or flexible cookie lid.
i use Xtreme urethane, ive been spraying that stuff for a while now but i noticed it reacts the most towards nailpolish cars unless i dont pre coat them in future it turns into a fish eye bomb since this incident every car going under clear gets a coat of future
anyone have any tips i noticed it turns into fuzzy fur on the body. im using testors acryil cadium yellow thinned 50/50 with 91% spraying with about 15psi.
