  3. I used a Ruling Compass i went higher on the other since some vogues dont run along the rim edge

  7. got to paint it today the color is a defunct nail polish color over HOK platinum white/orion silver/and pearl powder base. yeah, i was 10 and didnt know much about scratch building i used duct foil i got from my uncle. im going for styrene now.

  9. Lowriding has lost its way, its all about Impalas,Caprices,Fleetwoods,and G bodies. build anything different and youre shunned
  10. one thing i didnt do with the original was base coat it, this thing is literally soaked in Pearl paint. hopefully tomorrow ill lay some paint on.
  11. what are you using to clean it? i strip mine down after every paint job and clean it. thats what youre supposed to do.
  12. what paint are you using? ive only seen this with testors and tamiya when sprayed heavy. i would try misting the clear on and letting it build over the silver without melting it

  15. your guess is as good as mine on the color its nail polish i bought years ago. aside from the wheels the car is gonna be bone box stock
  16. i also got a new GTR thats gonna don this color, pretty much the reason for building it.

  18. new GTR got the colors lined up too, i have a 70s 2000GTR that will get done first to show off the color.

  20. i built this 64 a long time ago i think 3 or 4 cars after my first builtup over the years parts went missing to the point where its at now. i originally wanted to restore it using another amt 64 but decided to start over and stay within the lines of the original.
  21. i would love to see more Chryslers that arent muscle, some 80s cars like caprices and cutlass, and more 50s kits that arent mainstreamers like a 57 desoto
