thanks guys, yes i used a dehydrator i used urethane reducer as it cuts drying time down to 3 hours, I also used a waterbase clear to seal it for the urethane clear afterwards the little step blends the decals right into the paint. i also only managed to use 1 bottle to paint the whole car with 2 coats.

lol i was well prepared i also alloted myself time for surprises which i was surprised cause usually something always pops up at the worst time, youd probably quit if i didnt say it was sprayed with testors enamels except the clear

cobbled a few pieces into a engine body is sitting in clear

yup, it could go south anytime. yeah using a dehydrator but using urethane reducer to speed up the drying time too.

not sure some gundam builders say yes, others say no. i havent been able to find it but there is something like it available called MGM magic powder on ebay or hobby easy.com

Aclad Kosutte Gin San KSG over Grey base best chrome look i could get was KSG over Humbrol Grey (5)

little bump i started playing with aclad and kosutte gin san wasnt having good results with Testors or aclad black got meh results at best till i switched to Humbrol Enamels. spoons on the left after applying kosutte gin san Gin san spoons on the top Gin san spoons on the bottom Gin san over Humbrol Grey left, Aclad over black on the right

not sure on the color but it came with some really nice flame decals i would like to incorporate. i used the engine on another project so ill be using the 53 chevy 6 cylinder with the speed parts, make it look like someones weekend project cruiser.

Nice build that color is sweet too, the wheels modernize the car well.
