  7. next was the engine found out the 1:1 is just as simple did my best and cleaning the seams still have to drill it out for wiring heres how it sits i opened the grill to run a more updated mesh grill, i CA'd the body together and sanded it the cowl needs some work but its ready for paint im gonna go with testors metalflake red and silver scallops.
  8. really simple easy to build kit, but thats just not my style to leave a car stock first thing was wheels then i realized they both look good so im going to make the wheels removeable after i update them paint is tamiya flat black wheel is aclad magnesium both cleared with vallejo flat clear. seat didnt look "cool" enough

  15. the big score was getting the blower some styrene to make Swangas
  16. i figured this out from another forum where he wanted to make a addition to a figure but make it removable to sanding and casting. also was used in a diecast forum where the guy made a widebody benz using the same method he hollowed out the back of the part to reduce its mass and tuck the wheel. basically wrapped the area i was gonna work on mixed 2 part sculpting putty shaped it and sculpted it to resemble my part in this case a convertible boot once it was dry i peeled the tape and the boot came out did some cleaning and here it is, still some sanding left to do but the part fits flush
  17. feel like giving 3d printing a shot heres your shot the frame is completely free its ready to print all you have to do is download the file and upload it to either Shapeways.com or Imaterialize.com http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34181

  19. some ghosting came back around the hood so rather than redoing the whole thing i pinstriped the area i also gave the interior some depth and changed the wheels
