Its not bad im getting masters made for around 15 bucks, all you need is a class in inventor or solidworks it gets you far enough to make most parts just about every community college offers a entry level cad program Inventor can be had for free as a student edition. cleanup depends on part resolution and printer resolution low res parts require tons of cleanup while high res parts can be made drawing quality if the printer is a high res printer like SLS then all you need is light sanding and primer.

definetly the worst 55 i ever built but it was fun and easy to build only hard part was cleaning seams.

The 1:1 is a 18 this one is a 20'', I tried but to do that id have to loose the bolt pattern and the proportion gets goofy around the open slots.
