  1. this didnt take long using a photoetch saw i still have to trim them but its done for now
  2. wont get to it till fall but i figure id get started it looks good either way but my first encounter with this car it had the pontoon like fenders. the wheels and tires are from a 1/25 RX7. its tiny compared to a Donk i got a cycle fender set off ebay i knew they werent going to fit i had to waterbend them goofing around
  3. ive been there, the technology is still a bit off cause i had to do a lot of cleaning to making it a castable product
  4. shotglass full. if youre going to go that route start up gets really expensive at least 80 in materials.

  7. i have to take it to work the die grinder will do a better job of removing the material in the wheel wells i used a different putty stronger and easier to clean up than tamiya its called fixit sculpt its about 10 bucks comes in 2 tins. next up sideskirts going to have to cut the lower valance cause i need to build the sideskirts into the rear

  10. motor is getting dressed should be able to pour them tomorrow heres the problem i was having before do i pour the mold for the block standing or upsidedown?

  12. i could care less about merican brands anymore i learned the hard way about their true "reliability" the engine was strong couldnt say the same for the rest of its components. which is why i now drive a Volvo 850. only new cars i plan on buying in the future, neither are American or high end but they sure are appealing
  13. i heard alcohol works good. i went with this stuff because the alumilite stuff was too problematic is a really cheap grade plasticine
  14. moldeling clay, non sulphur kind. i think delmiliano was the brand. not sure on that. i stick it in the dehydrator for 10 minutes it makes it really easy to work with when its warm.
