  1. I've started a new trailer. Building report on a Dutch model builders site: http://modelbrouwers.nl/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=36637 enjoy and if you want to know more sent a PM or http://dutchmodeltruck.com/ Hessel the Netherlands
  2. The complete list can also be found on our Fotki site. We try to make the information about the kits as complete as possible. Just look into the links of the site: http://dutchmodeltruck.com/ by the way, Eddy Lenders is Dutch, not German.... Hessel DMTC-Holland
  3. Just finished the International Lonestar to fit my London-Trailex mixer chassis. Only things missing are decals. I have some difficulties with my printer to sort out but I will post pics when they are applied. The chassis of the kit was shortened by 7cm (I think that is about 3 inches) and the exhaust was modified. After these pics were taken a changes the sun visor to be of more use for the driver. Thanks, Hessel
  4. Some movies of our model trucks at DMTC can be found on youtube: Go to youtube.com and search for DMTC enjoy, or..... :( Hessel
  5. Sorry guys. The trailer will be a one of for now. But.... who knows what the future will bring. I do have some difficulties with the drum. If I can sold that problem I might consider bringing it as a kit. To be honest it is quite nice to be the only one to have such an exclusive one. thanks, Hessel P.S. The site's the links link to are updated. The Lonestar is for 80% ready to go with the trailer.
  6. I have done a trailer like that with CNC milling. This one looks great. http://public.fotki.com/H-A/doonan-dropdeck/ Thanks, Hessel
  7. To be honest I'm not sure about the capacity. The trailer is by Trailex with a London Drum. I've asked several times for information but never ever received a reply. Very disappointing for me I must say. I think the thing is about 15 M3 (Sorry I'm European;-)) But I did draw the trailer from some photo's found on the internet. In the past time I have found some more info but this was when the trailer was about finished. Th trailer is fine for me and some of my friends are quite jealous. Hope you enjoy the updates I'm posting on the modelbrouwers site. Hessel
  8. Thanks for the info from all of you. I still would like some details about the coupling facilities. I can't find out about the way the bed is attached to the neck. Sure the two guidance pins in the front are visible, but what happens when the bed lifts. Is there a pin or something which secures the bed two the neck? Thanks, Hessel
  9. I do not own a CNC machine myself but I have the possibility to rent one at a local do-it-yourself-garage. The owner explained me how the machine works and since a couple of years I go there to cut my models. I draw them with a program called Solid Edge. I have now drawn about four models and build two of them. Hessel
