  1. ...Chris, here a link for pricing and information... http://www.scenesunltd.com/WHEELS.html
  2. ....researching that now. Would like to find a 1:1 that I can get measurements from. Internet pics are great but need the actual truck. Any input from you and others would be greatly appreciated though....
  3. Jim, the kit tires are too large, I believe they scale out to about 19" or so. The standard dual wheel for these trucks are 17" so I modified the Firestones and BFG's to fit.
  4. At the risk of high jacking modeltruckmafia's thread of his superbly built NTSB Aviation truck, I thought I'd start my own thread. I now have available the Meng F350 dually sets. These wheels are designed to replace the kit wheels with no modification necessary. I also have Firestone or BF Goodrich tire set available for them as well. You can visit my web site(link below signature) or my e-Bay store(Scenes Unlimited) for more info.
  5. MJS, just to let you know I have a correct set of duallys made just for the Meng 350. ..here's a link so you can check them out...http://www.scenesunltd.com/WHEELS.html
  6. Thanks fellas, hope to have these ready soon....
  7. ...got a chance to start on the wheel Don pictured, needs a little more attention, then it's ready to go....
  8. Mike, actually I do have a wheel very similar to this coming after the dually's are finished, keep ya's posted....
  9. ..did a moch-up of these dually wheels, hope to have them ready soon....
  10. ...Cary, once the 17's are finished I do have plans for 2 different sets of the 16's for the 1 tons....
  11. .......their going to be 0.702"....
  12. Andy, the dually wheels are a scale 17" but the Meng wheels scale out to about 19" so the kit tires will be too big. I do have some tires lined up for these wheels but I'm open to suggestions. Not sure about offering them in chrome yet, will have to look into that for cost. As for price per set, I'm still not sure if the rears will be one piece or two, that will be a factor in the pricing.
  13. ..this might be a bit premature but I've been working on these 17" newer style Ford duallys. Their close to the master stage, hope to have them ready in a week or so.
  14. ...not sure about those tires. The wheels right now are 0.076" in diameter and shouldn't change much from that. If you can check the inside diameter of the Desert Dogs, they might work....
  15. ok, uploaded 6 photos to my PhotoBucket page. All 6 photos were taken with the same camera at the same time and all at the same settings. Resized all 6 photos to the same size (400x300) so they would not appear so large when added to my post. 1 of these photos absolutely would not change. Resized it the same way I did the others, after 13 tries, 4 deletes and 5 re-uploads still no change. This photo is also the same size as all the others in my pictures file on my computer. I would love to know what in the heck is going on!
  16. I'm also in the process of modifying these wheels for the 46" and 44" tires....
  17. ...thanks fellas....Mike the Super Swamper 44 fits the Meng wheel real good. The Trxus 46 is a bit big for it, though it could be modified to work I suppose.
  18. For those of you who are interested in truck tires we have started a line of various type and sizes. Scenes Unlimited If you have any questions or concerns please contact us through our web site or PM me here. Thanks.....Dannyi
  19. Jules, you'll be impressed with this or any other kit Missing Link has. As a fellow resin caster and friend, Kevin has excellent quality!
  20. ...thank you Casey for the post. I did these stickers using my printer on Staples sticker paper. As you see their not very sharp. I would be very interested if there is someone that could make good decals/stickers for batteries!
  21. Hi Chris, not sure about the AMT dually but these wheels do fit the Monogram F-250 tires. I do have a couple of tires coming out soon to go with these wheels, plus a set of wheel backs. I'm sure there are other kit tires that would work. Check the dimensions, sometimes only a little modification is needed...
  22. ...just letting those who are interested know that I have the steel wheels ready. I have them listed on e-bay as 1/24 16" 8 Lugs. Also have the 2wd sets up. http://www.ebay.com/itm/RESIN-1-24-16-8-LUG-STEEL-WHEELS-4WD-S36-/151235459672?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item233655fa58 0r http://www.ebay.com/itm/RESIN-1-24-16-8-LUG-STEEL-WHEELS-2WD-S37-/151235463999?pt=Model_Kit_US&hash=item2336560b3f ..for those who don't like e-Bay, I will add then to my web site after I have some inventory built up.
