  4. Thank you everbody! I can see this particular car isnt really new to the forum! I got the kit today from george53 and have made progress! I cut open the trunk using the backside of my knife. This was my very first time doing this, and I think it came out good. I fabed the hinges from brass tube and wire. OPEN CLOSED The engine got a fresh coat of paint today! I added the carbs, distributer, oil filter, and valve covers to the engine. I also wired the engine. Here is a mockup of how things will go in the trunk. I made the mat, as other models I have seen this is overlooked on. I felt it was a detail that could make my model "stand out" from the rest. Until next time...

  6. Dr, with you and EYEGORE, there is always trouble!
  7. Here is all what i've scrounged up for it so far. The Hemi took a bath in the Purple Pond. A mock up with carbs and fuel line. All this will be fired by a M.A.D Pre-wired distributer with a Parts by Parks coil. The valve covers have been stripped, painted, detailed, and booted. Enjoy!

  9. Ok, I just couldn't stand it anymore! I haven't even got the kit yet, but it's on it's way, should have it tommorow. I found my inspiration on E-bay for $169,900! It has a Hemi (From parts box), my steel wheels, trunk opened, AMT General Lee tires, Jack, Spare, and a MCG Photo-etch set. ( To arrive soon, soon.) Enjoy!
