sorry i didn't get back to you sooner,the wholesaler i deal with thinks he has the 1/18 zepher. he said it was out in 2 different makers one in the 40 to 60 dollar range and a less detailed one around 25 to 30. he will let me know this coming monday. he has 100's of different diecast cars and trucks in all scales

i always liked the 71 and 72 actually i liked most everything buick had to offer in those years. i owned quite a few buicks in that year range. hands down favorite was a red 71 centurian convertible with red and white interior black top buckets auto on the floor

one of the cars i have often wondered if it was ever available is the early 70's rivieras. i figured on the resin if they exist you could use the 76 caprice for the frame.

when you get the program together let everyone on here know ,iam sure there are some people on here that might contribute a couple of kits or supplies. i am sure i have a few i can spare.Ralph

if i can find it i have a s-10 oval track truck i started and would be a good one for this build.

sounds like a good plan, have they discussed financing. the purchasing of the kits ,paint,glue.etc. type of builds large trucks built as teams.or cars ,planes, ships on an individual level? keep us updated on how this program progresses.Ralph

i started the post on cars we would like to see made in plastic and sadly there are many. i have some diecast cars that are odd for them to have produced .these aren't high end, flea market 8to 12.00 cars.i know the scale is often off. i have in my collection of diecast cars that you just can't find in plastic.just a few . 1980 chrysler lebaron wagon with wood siding.maverick and comet .72 pinto .a really nice 61 impala bubble top with baby moons,dice,twin antennas.continental spare all 1/24 in 1/18 they did many of the movie cars that we talked about, the car,dukes charger,death mobile,elanor,ambulances hearses limo's and many many more

it is like having a mental block,perhaps the model means so much to you it just doesn't seem to be possible to build it to your satisfaction. my build is my old street division /limited sportsman 55 chevy 2dr sedan. maybe it is because this car was transformed over 2 seasons from a 6 cylinder street division to a327 limited sportsman i have started this build several times and end up putting it away i know i have at least 4 versions of this car started. just wondering if iam the only one who has that build they cant finish

it is a really nice thing you want to do.just my opinion I would look for a charity that would sell them either on ebay ,they do have a system for doing charity auctions.or at a local auction. the cars would make a lot of kids happy but selling them would feed alot more kids.

feedback,feedback,feedback, check it and read the feedback see what buyers are saying about the description of the items,honesty of the seller,shipping charges and shipping time. if the seller has some negatives check the reasons some are just stupid. real problems or complaints should be a factor in your decision. i do sell on e bay my feedback is all positive i do tend to understate condition .something that is near mint to me you might consider good to very good ,so i list it as good.pictures are important but can hide damage or missing parts .i have seen very carefully staged pictures to advoid showing problems with the item .my descriptions are accurate and shipping plainly stated always combine shipping on multiple items. i personally advoid sellers with vague shipping charges ,who attack the people who leave a negative feedback. Joe Friday said it best "the facts just the facts" ask questions if they don't answer don't buy.
