  1. Thank you everyone for the great comments and questions. I'm in the works on another CLASSIFIED Car build that I will post in the Workbench real soon.
  2. WOW... that body is coming out looking really good. I love the color Blue. What color blue did you use?

  6. Very nice build. I like the color.
  7. Very nice build.
  8. Funny that you mentioned that... because of that particular reason, the director didn't want this Charger to look like the General Lee... So he had the Side Vent Windows removed and the Car Painted Semi-Satin Dark Navy Blue. He mentioned that it would give the car a more aggressive and Angry look.
  9. Thank you... It's the Revell 68 Charger body but everything else is from the Revell 69 Charger R/T.
  10. In the movie the car was semi-satin. That's why I painted the car that way, my paint job is Semi-Satin. Here's a close look of the paint job from the movie. The car was not glossy at all. Even the director mentioned that he didn't want the car to be glossy.
  11. thank you Geoff. I used the body of the Revell 1968 Charger (does not have the vinyl top) and the rest was from the Revell's 1969 Charger R/T.

  16. Thank you very much Wayne - You are correct that all the B body Mopars have the engine compartment painted the body color... But I have a really good reason why I didn't paint it the body color... You will see when the build is complete.
  17. Now the Body meets the Chassis... Attached the radiator... Also added the wires for the horns...
  18. Sorry for the delay... was at the Mosquito Con this past Saturday... OK... had you guys in suspense long enough... these pictures will finally let you know what that engine is going into... Body Painted and Bare Metal Applied.
  19. Here's more clues... Firewall mostly completed. Interior completed... These pictures may give away what type of vehicle it's going into.
