Thank you everyone for the very kind comments. This was one build I wanted to complete a year or so ago but other builds got in the way. I'm very happy on the way it came out.
Oops my bad, you are correct Lee, it's the Trumpeters 63 Nova. Yeah, I could not find decals with the 250 marker, so I just used the ones that the kit came with.
This is the first (and maybe my last) Metal Model kit from Testor. Me personally, I don't count Metal Model or diecast kits modeling... But I wanted to build my town's cruiser and there's no plastic model kits of this vehicle so I had no choice but to build it using the metal body kit.
I did detail the inside and added Bare Metal Foil around the door trims and hand painted some of the exterior details to make it look closer to the real vehicle. Had custom decals created and used the lightbar from the Lindberg Dodge Charger Police cruiser kit.
Well, here's the finished product.
After a year and a half (on and off between other builds) I finally finished this build.
Wanted to do something different on this build... This 69 Chevy Nova as a straight six engine. Engine is from the "63" Trumpeter kit.
