Hello all, I got the New White Freightliner Kit from round 2 from Model Round Up and the Old Budweiser Pete with Van off of ebay and the new sealed kit from Round 2 and the Van trailer off of ebay was missing the metal axles. So I havent had very good luck. If any one has any i need 4 of them let me know what you would take for them. Thanks.
  4. Hi Jeremy, I usually build the cabs and sleepers then paint that way you have less of a chance of wrecking your paint job with a glue accident. I hope this helps.

Well guys i have had great luck with the genuine cummins beige paint. i have painted several trucks with it and it does not hide any details doesnt appear to be much thicker if any at all. you may have got a bad can that was old has frozen or something. Here is my Super Liner with a Cummins engine painted with it.

  7. Tim, what is your process here? what type of waxes and polishes do you use do you wet sand? this looks great!! i am painting a blck pete now it is ok shiny but it just does not satisfy me. how manty coats of clear do you apply? Thanks Chris

  12. They hauled alluminum coils and ingots out of Kaiser Alluminum with the van.Then my dad bought his 74 359 and they all leased to BESL Transfer ever heard of them?
  13. This is a 352 that my father drove. I really like the Peterbilt factory stripes on this truck. I just ordered a Amt 352 with the Amt 40ft Fruehauf van just like in the picture. I was wondering if it would be possible for some one like Jerry to replicate these stripes? I havent seen many 352 cabovers with this scheme. the owner of it was leased to Ace Doran. The owner also had a K100 Kenworth and painted it to match the Pete. Let me know what you think. Thanks

  19. If you have original oem air bags they will have the peterbilt logo on them. my truck did.
