Mounted the tire to the wheel. Sanded the tread with 80 grit wet and dry sandpaper. This is one beautiful wheel and tire. The quality is very very good.

Hello Bill, well i am doing the lambo. The finish is really good. The wheel seems good also. I will keep you posted on what’s happening. Post the jag. That is a really beautiful car! It’s in the air that I may be doing the 917. I’ll let you know if that’s going to happen.

Thank you guys, Ray I do not know what I’m where I’m going to store these big cars. Looking at a new house. One room will be the finished room with glass cases in the wall. At least this is what I’m trying to talk to the wife about. We’ll see.LOL meaning wish me luck. The cobra is really great to just stare at. I find myself just looking at it for a long time. Weird. I really have to thank my friend Mark for setting me up with so many kits from all over the world. Lucky to be friends with him. He never really had to work ( but does) has a grandfather that set him up for life. But he is a very gratuitous and caring person. He knows he cannot finish all of these models so he gives them to many of us in our model club. For instance a bunch of us were given a wingnut wings kit for a group guild. So we are building a ww1 biplanes. I have no idea how to do this, but I’m learning. He gets us out or comfort zone and presses us to do something a little different. Great guy!!! Well sorry for the rambling. Let’s get building!!!

Clear a very big table LOL. I’m painting a 1/8 agora cobra for a 1/8 model collector. It’s going to be silver with red stripes. I will be painting it soon. I will receive the body in a few days. Actually cannot wait to paint it. A paint rep gave me a new clear to try. I will be painting this cobra with the new clear. Very fun stuff.

Starting to build a agora 1/8 Lamborghini Miura. Not going to repaint this one. Going to build it out of box. Here we go…….the campy wheel is a great start.

Super! Ray you will love this cobra. Go over Bills build. The only trouble spots are the wires to the distributor. Bills correction is the best way to get around that. I had a little problem with the wires . Agora shows to put the wires in the drive line tunnel. But I found it to be too many wires so I moved some of them toward the rear diff. The rest of the problems I created. Oh I put machine oil on the screw threads, then screw them on. Just a little. It helps a lot. You will not be disappointed. Have fun and if you run into any problems, I can help. Bill knows more than I do, so if we get stumped we can ask him. In any case you will have a great amount of fun. If you build it right out of the box, it will build pretty fast. Have fun and please post it.

Here you are Gramps46. The size difference. The purple barracuda is 1/25, the black cobra is a mfh kit and 1/12. The red one is 1/8. The red cobra is huge.

Thank you vamach1. Yes it would be cool in different colors. I have repainted large scale cars for DeAgostini. For special customers.
