Thanks guys. Austin, . I search through my Misc. box and came across some very thin cable strands I had saved to use for plumbing. The rubber tire was cut using my dremel. Then I placed the strand of cable strands into that area. It is really a 123 history. It took me 3 mins.

I cannot believe I did not post this here yet. I've look through my topics and I do not se it here. So, I must have have forgotten. Anyhow, here it is.
  9. Thanks Jon. It is amazing what is possible...
  10. Thanks. Will do. Being a model builder I should know better.
  11. Maybe I should add more stuff on the hood. Ha Ha Ha
  12. Thanks Virgil. I will eventually use wooden frames around the base to hide the not-so-pretty surface. Maybe a pic frame all around would look nice.
  13. Thank you Darryl. Although there is still a little more work until t is completed.
  14. Thanks to you both. Dave, the truck chassi was originally used as an experimental military truck with armors. I removed the cab and built a new one. I jusr re-weathered the chassi and added a few other details.
  15. Thank you David for your kind comment. I do try although I still have much to learn.
  16. Thanks Ken and Danno.
  17. Thanks Tony. Glad you approve.
  18. Here is the the tractor unit before the accident:
  19. I am only and humbly happy to have inspired someone. Thank you for you uplifting comments. Thank you. I also did another conversion of a child's toy, but it was a compact roller; see here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=44322&hl=&fromsearch=1
  20. Thanks guys. Sam, you are right. That was the reason for the accident. But the driver made it out 'ok'.
  21. Thank you KHamiliton.
  22. Shame I did not know this at the time, I would probably done it. The trees and all vegetations are the real thing. I have always used what nature has to offer since I was building 1/35 scale armor. The trees are small branches broken of a bigger tree. The grass is moss and the rest are tree stems and whatever looks the part. I always choose particular ones because not all branches will look right. And not all moss will produce the same effect. A thousand thanks to everyone else who has replied. I do appreciate your comments.
  23. Thanks. glad you think so.
  24. Thanks for looking guys. Driver made it out safely.
  25. Been working on this for a while. Not 100% complete but almost. Still got some dents to immitate on the cab and more weathering on the trailer chassi but all-in-all, is pretty much done.
