You guys got me, -
Good info G, thank you, so I got the chassis painted right then, still have some work to do on it Here are some pics Started with primer on the chassis, then masked of the middle section, and sprayed flat black , and this what it looked like once the tape was removed, I had to touch up a few areas, and the cross member bar had to hand painted. Mock up pic of the engine, painted Krylon matte aluminum then hit with dull coat lacquer , and the valve covers painted FL black , still need to paint the oil pan/tranny bottom and the front and rear suspension piece's , painted matte black and the body, in white primer, mold lines have been removed

This is the style I was talking about, I guess it can be used for late 60's early 70s' and even into the 80's I believe Now my feelings are really hurt, been trying to get these decals from Danno for the last 11 months or so, I all but gave up -

I was a teen when 120 was released, I liked the condo sleeper, I tried to convert it to a condo sleeper, we will leave it that, I do have the cab, hood, bumper, and part of the sleeper and side skirts, in pieces I would love to see a condo sleeper version be released

I do have a regulator, but for some reason it wasnt working, but I messed around with it last week, and it seems to be working again, I was able to get the PSI down , have not used it yet, but i do have some paint on the way that I have to use the A/B, so I will see if its better with lower PSI THe only reason why I want to get a hobby compressor is so I can paint late at night, with the one I have now, its to loud to use at night I have a new body on the way from Revell, should be here in a week or so

Maybe GM should bring back Pontiac?
martinfan5 replied to Harry P.'s topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Not a bad Idea, maybe that might of helped Pontiac if they would of done that, but who knows, but its not a bad idea, I do think that GM should bring back Pontiac, but lets not hold our breath of it happening anytime soon But to play devils advocate , say they do , people will just complain that they look like every other car on the road and they are just junk like every other car on the road, and they are not made like they use be -
I needed a new 2010 Camaro body, the duplicolor primer is just a little bit to hot , I didnt take steps to insure not damaging the body. I didnt feel right doing a parts replacement request, so I emailed Revell, explained that I was the reason for the ruined body. Revell responded by thanking me for being honest and said that they would send me a replacement body.
