Thanks- the scale seems pretty close to me maybe 1/24

This is a kit from a swap meet that I've been meaning to work on. I had to repair a split hood, but otherwise most of the pieces were in good shape. The paint is two tone, with foil, and I blacked out the grille. I used Duplicolor rechrome on the bumpers, but I might redo it when I have some more time. The tail lights are custom from an AMT '56 Ford. The wheels and tires are from an AMT '36 Ford reissue. I may add some decals or graphics, and a surfboard/surf rack later on. Comments welcome!

Here's an AMT Infiniti kit that I just finished. To make a somewhat more accurate dragster, I cut open the top and left out the glass, added a new axle and rear end supports, and made a push bar. I also removed some of the supports from the front radius arms. A racing harness was put (safety first!). The exhaust dumps were left off, as were the headlights from the kit. The lettering is all painted by hand. I added black lace in paint, and a few decals from the parts box. The slicks were sanded down. I may wire and plumb it sometime later. Comments welcome!
