Last time the Patriots lost a draft pick on cheating in the jets game. Now it could be a draft pick and a fine for Bill. I would say others teams may do things to get an advantage but the patriots have been caught twice now according to what I saw on NFL network. I don't think anything may have helped the colts they looked really bad.
