    Jonathan, l believe you but mine just started carring the putty. l don't understand unless its because mine is in a small city. Sometimes they don't always clearance and send it back to be sold in other stores..

    l have used it on wheels and plastic caps but do not leave it on long. l wash it off and make sure l water it down on the drive way..

    Cool project Tom, l built the lllinois state police van in 2001. l did not paint the plastic. A very good kit and decals. Testors window tint is not good at all. Try tamiya. l would pm Roger Hayes. He tints some his build windows.
