    Which kit out there do you think is the best of the old school volkswagon bugs and why. I have done the requisit search of the site to see if this question has been asked I just cant seem to track it down if it has been. I would love to hear your thoughts on this topic I have been wanting to add one to my collection.

    I will be there with me and My "Butcher Club" Buddies. We useualy have a couple tables setup in the back where they display models for judging.

    Here is an update on my progress top is chopped and reatached working on front suspension at the moment.

    I have been using a bottle of stuff called "same stuff" it's supposed to be billed as the same stuff as proweld. (null)

    Guys you can also look for the powders at rubber stamp stores or scrapbooking stores. The rubber stamp stores are the ones that sell all te card stock and the inks and stuff. A friend of mine used to own a store and she carried all kinds. They may even sell the proper heat gun if you want to really emboss things.

    Have fun with it hope it brings back memories. I remember some of the kits I used to have as a kid. I have once mixed a orange blossom special with a 57 Chevy ohh the joy of being a kid (null)

    It looks great I am not into using big words to say how a model looks but I'd say I looks close to real in my book. Good job well done.
