  6. I totally agree...had a guy from our Model Club bring some in and show us how it worked...indeed the product works well...but Alclad is much better With the Kosutte Gin San you must rub the product for the shine to appear...this can be hard if not in possible to do so in fine crevice areas..such as Grills..and the like....Anyway just my thought...Cheers...

  11. Cheers to all and this Wonderful Forum...Have a Question...I would like to know how you all would compare Dupli Color "Auto Spray" Primer *** Sandable*** to the Tamiya Primer...I myself am a big fan of Tamiya Paints and Primer..but as we all know the Tamiya Primer is just like a Good Woman...Both are hard to fine.... I have been delayed for sometime now because of the lack of finding Tamiya Primer....I have heard that this Dupli-Color Primer works just as well as the Tamiya... So my Questions are: Dupli-Color Primer as Good has Tamiya ? Any adverse effects on paint with Dupli-Color? Yes i would use the Dupli-Color Primer and some Scrap Model Kits to test for my self...However i have gone thru all the junk pile practicing with my Air Brush.....I now at this time have no more Model Cars to test products on.. So what do you say Guys and all can i be safe and expect the same stellar results using the Dupli-Color Primer.. Would like to say that i suppose all stryene plastic is the same in most aspect...but yet some are softer than others..So if it helps i would be using the primer on Tamiya Model Kits....Thanks For You Support....Cheers to All
  12. Well the local Hobby Store that i have been going to for years. That was only a Five Minute walk from my Home...Local Ma & Pa store with a very large selection of plastic models kits of all kind..along with Detail Parts.....All different paints...just about everything for the Modeler....are closing the doors by the end of the year...they are now offering 15% off everthing...By Dec they tell me All will be 50% off They have always been nice to me...For i have sold and traded many a Kits to them... Sure Gonna miss the Place: River Side Hobbies Folsom Blvd, Sacramento,Ca However the big R/C Country Hobbie store is just with in walking distance of my Home...Also have a Selection of Kits...Along with paints,Their ok... they just kinda of give me a weird look when i buy a $22.00 Model Kit...when other people are waiting in line to pay $300.00 and up for their RC Toys...Ha..Never Mind
