Well I gave this a quick test today and yeah im sold. At first looked a little milky then most went away. I did spray it thck on a junk body I forgot to take pics but thanks again will be trying this for real in future.
Exactly after seeing what you did I will be trying this out instead of the HOK. Plus I bet I could buy about 15 colors for price of one HOK haha thanks again for showing this to everyone

This was using the HOK metaljuls with candy over it. I think your way would be so much easier and way more cheaper
The only thing I can say to get flake like this is to use HOK metaljuls. I think this might be a better route though money wise and color variety. They also make a Metalume by HOK but I have yet to see anything sprayed with it.
I love this thread those old rancheros are awesome. Ine of my favorite past times is browsing ebay for vintage builds I just love ones older than me. Thanks for sharing the family photos with us
