  5. i swear we have the worst dollar themed stores on this continent. I can NEVER find the steals and deals in these stores here. I've waited two halloweens and 4th of july's to see if any of them would get the fiber optic flashlights and they have yet to get them. I cant even find cheap legos to make my casting boxes.
  6. im sad to say i didnt have the same level of success using this method...the car might still be salvageable, but at this point, im not betting that it can be...
  7. man this looks nice...will be following this build...
  8. probably...but imo...$60 was a great deal... i will use this soley for my models so, it was worth it to me. but thank you for your input though...
  9. dang this is dope...really clean...
  10. nice build...i actually have one on the workbench... is that a scratchbuild surf board?
  11. i guess this is as good of a place for posting this, but i recently fired up my airbrush that i've had for maybe 5 years... talk about a kid in the candy store...i didnt want to put it down...lol sorry for the temp thread jack...but i would check Harbor Freight early and often...they had a sale on airbrush compressors and i got one for like 60 bucks...nice lil machine too...relatively quiet and works like a champ...
  12. 2011 Convertible Camaro I currently have on the bench...still have some more prep work before i get to painting...
  13. oh ok...not bad imo... did you have a say in the design?
  14. dang those wheels are nice...how much did the 3d printing cost?
  15. nice clean build man...love the color
  16. definitely feeling the speaker box set up...
  17. man, i cant believe how much time has passed since i started this thread... well a few updates... -work gets the best of us and makes time fly -celebrated my 1 year anniversary since i last updated this thread...YAY! -i am too indecisive...i strayed away from my original plan and tried to incorporate too much into my first build back to the hobby...so i think i pretty much destroyed the body. Im pretty sure its not salvageable at this point. I've tried to find a resin of the body but so far, doesnt look like that will be possible...SOOO its either rebuy the kit and stick to my original plan or start a new build... what say you guys? what do ya'll think?
