  7. Thanks for kind comments! @10thumps: the shifter now is correct - thanks, it was backwards mounted. @Harry: the mirror inside is now mounted, another wasn't there as i grabbed him. Take a look: for the next impala i will paint the enginebay black as it was addressed - thanks for this tip. whats wrong with the whitewalls? only the indicated ring was painted before and i let them this way: can you explain it to me?

  11. second in the row of my restaurations. also grabbed from my brother and restored. removed all paint, changed the wheels, painted the interior individual as i like without searching the web for "real" paintsheme. also no wiring like my 61 - kept it simple. painted red with a smart used look. enjoy feel free to say what you think

Hi, here is my 61 Impala (Lindberg kit) i got saved from my brother. he selled some built models, I grabbed some and from time to time i restore them. most in days, i have problems with my "first" builds...to have a victory i removed all paint, took him on the ground. nothing more. no wiring. alclad on chromeparts and bmf work as usual. enjoy feel free to say what you think
