Finally update to this one. I continued the rear axle and i get whole new idea for that how i can get it higher. I found Revell's '62 Impala's original springs from my parts box and they fit pretty well after that i removed those original spring brackets of chassis. Now the rear end is as high as those rear wheels don't rub to rear fenders arches. Stance looks also very good to me. Rear axle stll needs some work but not much. Next i had to find "sheet metal" exhaust manifolds to the engine. Now i had to ask that is there are any Pontiac kit what includes those "sheet metal" exhaust manifolds?

Okay yesterday evening i did the fuel line to engine and painted tohse white walls to rear tires. I'm very happy to result. Today i put distributor, plug wires, starter motor, belts and alternator to engine. I also start to made somekind of headers but i dont have any pics of those yet. Before i can return engine assembly i had to make bracket to alternator. -
That is one very beatiful Ford! Nice Job!

Thanks fellas! Small update. Wheels are painted and i painted to front tires whitewalls. I also painted some engine parts with silver like valve covers, carburetors, intake manifold and transmission. Now i had to put plug wires and fuel line before that I can finish the engine. -
That looks nice! Paint job is very good.

Okay, its been long time since i did any kind of hot rod build but now its going to be change. The kit is Lindberg's '34 Ford Pick up. I got this one from my dad and it was fresh kit. This is going to be 50's style hot rod so the engine will be Chevy 348 which is from Amt '59 El Camino. Wheels and front tires are from this kit and the rear tires are from my parts box. I also filled that hole of fender because it looks so ugly to me. It need some bondo and work but slowly it going to be ready for paint. Wheels are going to be red and body color could be semigloss black. Anykind of shine body color will not be preclued so some ideas of color are welcome. Here's couple of pics what is going now.

Now the engine of Rambler is finished. If i put any more details to engine i put them when the engine is glued to chassis and cahssis is glued to the body. The air cleaner will be removable so that those detail of the carburettor show. -
I really like this kind of old school gassers! That is one excellent build. Engine details looks great and the body looks also very cool.

Okay, here's little update to Rambler. I glued some kind of spoiler (which is from my parts box) to top of the trunk and now the side line looks much better. I also found rims and tires to this project. Rims are casted by Marko Piironen and those tires are from my parts box. The engine will be 440 Magnum (which i have to thank "W-409"). -

Is it too late to join in this rally? If its not i will join with this '69 Rambler American . The only things I've done for this are the engine wich is 426 Wedge and Scoop wich is from Lindberg's Dodge 330. The engine may change to 440 magnum but I'm not sure yet. Maybe i will do some kind of spoiler top of the trunk. This Dodge is the same style spoiler on what I maybe do to this Rambler. http://picasaweb.google.com/113525715760559900783/Mopar?gsessionid=mtmJ9ZHxdeTFatcGcLvyjA#5561116359389162274 -
Update to '62 T-Bird. Yesterday i continued engine assembly and now its almost finished. Only thing what i had to put to the engine is air cleaner. I also painted all of those interior parts with red and silver and now they need just some BMF and finishing. The chassis is also painted with black so next i will start the chassis assembly.

I got this Chevy finished last evening. The bonnet was missing when i bought it, and that is the reason why it was long time unbuilt. A couple of weeks ago I found in a parts box Chevy 396 engine and some parts of the blower. I put the engine paint removal, and I painted all the parts again. I also put the plug wires and fuel line on it. The main reason why I made the body look like little bit of rat styled it that I had not done for a long time for this style of car.The interior is box stock except the shifter which I found in parts Box. All in all, I am very happy with the result. The building had very fun. Here's few pics of Chevy. Thanks for looking!
