  4. Thanks Ray, Crazyjim,Lee and Sam for those kind comments. It was kind variation to do original car after that Simca because it was very far from original.
  5. Thanks Samuel,Edward,Carl and Morgan! Yep, It is California Wheels kit with those big chrome rims what i dont like at all.
  6. Thank's Erik,Ron,jeff and Bruce for kind words! Greg: Sad but true that is Revell engine. After some detailing it looks good but not very realistic. If you want to use better engine when you built this kit ,I think Revell '64 Impala engine is much better base to do realistic engine.

Well I looked it and it was from Toni L. (that is his nickname on this forum) Then i opened it and there was piece of material that i can do grille to Simca. I was very suprised for that. Now I know that I'm choosed good hobby because there is help on the way even if it is not actually ask. Here's updated pic of Simca and now it looks much better. Huge Thanks to Toni L.

  21. Ray: Thank you! David: Thanks! I'm not sure is Simca Vedette originally based on '57 Chevy but i think it's not. Dominik: Thanks! Yes these Simca Vedettes are very rare in now a days if you meant 1:1 cars. I've seen one 1:1 car in here finland and it was project so you are lucky if you see Vedette on good condition. 23. My latest finished model. I took over 1 year to finish it. Body is made by Airtrax but it has some modifications. Chassis and engine is from Revell '55 Chevy Pro Sportsman and the interior is mostly from my parts box. It has so much modifications so if have some questions , feel the free and ask. Here's pics of finished Simca. And one pic of the interior. Thank's for looking!
  24. That Nomad gave me lots of more inpiration! Thank's Niko! And your Simca looks very good! Cant wait to see it finished in person. And update to Nomad. It's painted now and i'm very happy to the result. Color is Motox silver and clear coat is Maston metallic so there's a lots of sparkle on that body. Hood and Chassis is painted semigloss black.
