Oh I'm just fine with the kit,and I knew that chances were pretty good that I would have to do repair work on the kit.Sorry If things came out the wrong way and confused anyone.I have already started to repair it and I'm enjoying the experience and rewards of heavy scratch building.

That's something I would have loved to do in the 5th grade,maybe a few yeas down the road we will have some members talking about their first model that was a 69 charger built in the 5th grade,and the wonderful teacher that helped them find this new and amazing hobby.

It's an ex movie car from "The Phat & the vision-less".Also pay close attention to the all the stickers,It makes it go faster!

Be careful about building an imperial like that one in hot rod,that is almost as worse controversy wise as the general lee around here.

Thanks guys for the tips and advice,I am thinking about repairing myself but I have butterflies about it.I do like the idea of the template.It's not the trim I'm worried about it's mostly the wheel wells,Let me post some pics in a few minutes.

Gotta remember Casey I have to have cash upfront to my dad to by me something on Ebay because of my age,Kinda hard to spend that much on one kit for just a body if you don't have a constant source of income,and my dad doesn't like me buying models to much.Now I can get resin parts and decals because usually they are fairly cheap.Not trying to be rude,Just telling you the obstacles I have in my path.

I just recently got a Jo-Han 66 Marlin from a member on here but he widened the wheel wells and sanded the trim down to make a stocker out of it,does anyone cast a 66 Marlin body?I have everything else under control for the marlin except the body.(And yes I knew it was like this before I got it).

I just heard about it on the radio and then got sad.I love the Andy Griffith show,I hope they continue to play re-runs so future generations can see the show.May he RIP.

They were my favorite toy for at least eleven years then models entered into my life.I still remember my parents getting me my first lego set on my fourth birthday.I have easily 20 pounds of legos in the attic,now I want to go get them and start building again!

I have a cultural mixing bowl of kits,Everything from Cords to Datsun's to a Pantera.

Even thought they are so different from us they are so much like us,the comfort when someones sad or sick,they have emotions,and when we lose one of them it's like losing a real person.I hope things get better.

Yep that's the one,I only got a brief look at an unassembled one briefly.And since your a resin caster this is most likely a product of yours,If so how much?

I love the tiger shark Idea,I am going to use it for something else.Can you post how to do paint work like that,I just love the way it looks.
