  1. Hmm I wonder who would like these kits?
  2. Well it's french and their a new company with new molds and most likely new overhead and workers to pay.I wish it were cheaper to because I wanted to build Ken Block's ride.
  3. I think you should give it a big antennae to make it look like a bumper car. Also put some funny communist bumper sticker on it.
  4. I know I'm not alone on this one.
  5. Good job on all of them,I'm going out on a limb here ,but I'm guessing your a Mopar guy?
  6. OH NO,HIDE YOUR CHILDREN IT'S ANOTHER 57 CHEVY REISSU-wait a new tool? They still have made it to many times for any forgiveness, then again I'm not a mainstream chevy guy.
  7. I know I have brought this up before in the past, but I was somewhat childish about it.Now I want to talk about it like the mature person I am. As many of you know I recently turned 16 in May,this is one of the greatest years of my life so far,but I am still being treated like a irresponsible child almost because of the word "Sixteen".I got my drivers licencee and have been mowing yards around the neighborhood to save up for a first car for the upcoming school year, just part of every teenage boys dream.I got a quote from several insurance companies and to insure a $500 car,for one year it would be $2,500!.That's more then five times the value of the car! This is on my parents plan without and accidents or traffic violations. Also I recently tried to enter a contest with round2 to win a signed drag racing helmet (That I probably wasn't going to win, might as well try right?),and it said I had to be 18 years or older to enter.I know round2 doesn't know how much I have spent on their products, but I've been a loyal customer for years. And this next one makes me fell bad,I almost had a ride to the Nationals in Florida this August with a club member and his friend, but his friend said he didn't want to bring a kid along. And lastly don't even get me started on spray paint. Sorry about the rant, just had to vent.Do any other modelers out there my age feel held back?
  8. The current kit is the same kit for 18 bucks.
  9. I could care less about the music, but that was awesome!I want that as a kit now.
  10. A big one for me is AMT's Haulaway hauler.I wanted it so bad and was so excited to get it,I just can't for the life of me figure out what to put on it or what fake company to make up for it or what.
  11. Pretty cool stuff,If it's like anything else you build It will turn out pretty sweet.
  12. I found this place today and thought I would post a link to it here and this seems like the best place to post it.http://www.toys-n-cars.com/
  13. I used to build late into the night, like 2 or 3 in the morning. But once I started going cross-eyed while holding that exacto knife I knew it was time to stop. Now I build mostly in the afternoon or on weekends.
  14. Yea he was one that I was sure was going to win something. The other charger in his division didn't even sand off the copyrights.
  15. Is there a site I can go to that teaches the basics of diorama building?
  16. That's a great kit Nick,I thought a little out of the box form the lowrider trend and made this with it.For some reason I can't find a shot of the entire body.
  17. Pretty much, but they don't really tell us which one is second or third. Also there were different classes too,man this is confusing.
  18. I like LA's the best and it's pretty cheap, but you have to dump the old and start with a new bottle every time if you want good results.
  19. I think they will Cole,They did last year.
  20. I would like to make a basic field with a dirt road through it on a base for a beater I just finished.I have the base I just don't know what to use and where to start.
  21. I E-Mailed revell this morning so hopefully they will get it fixed.
  22. I just now realized that they put me down as the wrong entry.I enetered a 64' Impala SS not a 70' Challenger 2'n'1.Better contact them about that.
  23. Well they came out good and they say the only cray I got was signing along to Pink Floyds "Comfortably numb" on the car ride home. So far no major pain, but I have lived off of applesauce and mashed potatoes for two days.It wasn't that bad,Still having a hard time sorting out the keys on the keyboard though.
  24. There is a show and club in Cookevillle,I don't know the site but I think the club name is Middle Tennessee modelers association.
