  1. Doll houses and furnishings, etc. are generally 1/12 scale.
  2. What's the source of the pink phone and the mug of beer?
  3. Hedman Hedders have been available since 1954.
  4. I wonder how often things break down and need fixing? There are hundreds and hundreds of things going on... you'd think that there would be constant breakdowns and mechanical failures all over the layout. It must keep the staff pretty busy!
  5. Did you not see the part where I say DO NOT POST ANSWERS OR HINTS HERE? That sort of ruins the whole game for everyone else. Good thing you're wrong.
  6. What's the source of the photo?
  7. Ditto. Would make a huge difference.
  8. A google search is what you should have done. Reviews of both kits: http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/dkm/graf-spee/350-acy/acy-review.html http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/dkm/graf-spee/350-tsm/tsm-review.html
  9. Yes, good tip. A big improvement, and way easier to do than the full "drill out and replace" thing. In fact, Brett's tip can still be done now, on the finished model.
  10. That's cool!
  11. How did you get the lettering on the ignition wires? Are they aftermarket?
  12. Beautiful! Spectacular! Awesome! I really like the black wash detail in the front and rear grilles. Just one suggestion (for the next time, too late for this one): If the grill has molded-in chromed headlight lenses, drill them out and replace them with chrome buckets from the parts box and clear lenses. It will make a big difference in realism.
  13. It's in the grocery store aisle with all the other cleaners and waxes. Or a home center like Home Depot. Or Walmart. It's basically found everywhere. If you really can't find it (hard to imagine), go to the hobby shop and get a bottle of acrylic clear. That's all that Future is... clear acrylic.
  14. That has to be the most amazing scale... um... thing ever! (Can't just call it a train layout, it's so much more!)
  15. Here's a good-looking pickup. What is it? Remember, don't post answers or hints here. PM me with year, make and model. The answer: 1939-41 GAZ M-415
  16. White glue (Elmer's) and CA (superglue) both work just fine.
  17. Thanks!
  18. Nice car. Nice model.
  19. Hey, wait a minute! I was the one who noticed!
  20. Very nicely done all around. A beautiful model! But where are the "gunsights" on the fenders? Are they included in the box?

Very nice! But where's the spare and the jack?
  22. In the queue.
  23. You mean "you never cease to amaze me"... If he ceased to amaze you, that means he stopped amazing you.
