  1. The car in the photo is a Skoda Felicia, built between 1959-1964. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Škoda_Felicia_(1959-1964) Who got it right: wisdonm mr moto Kenny george 53 Chris R Johnny carsntrucks4you thom trogdor Badluck 13 patami blunc G Holding W-409 warra 48 maltsr
  2. I see the appeal of the clean look... the car is stylistically a winner, doesn't need anything else, the design shines on its own. But I prefer a 'cuda with swag! Gimme the graphics!
  3. http://www.foxnews.com/leisure/2013/02/28/first-plymouth-hemi-cuda-on-sale-for-275-million/?intcmp=features
  4. To each his own.
  5. Does Testors or Tamiya make a paisley?
  6. Yeah, "special circumstances." Good thing I'm a Sox fan!
  7. Actually, that's not very good. You bat .100 in the bigs and you get sent to the minors or get cut, like NOW!
  8. Never heard of them, but I checked out your link. Very nice little models, and some oddball subjects, too!
  9. Much better. Pretty much spot on.
  10. Tell me more. Is that built using only "regular" Legos? Or is that some sort of special Lego set?
  11. It is kinda cute!
  12. Great thread. I hope more non-US guys chime in. I know that Chris Roos (Chris R on the forum) from South Africa always plays "Real or Model" and "Auto ID"... Chris, how about posting some of your work? I don't think we've ever seen anyone from Africa posting photos of their work here... you could be the first!
  13. Trading is inherently risky, whether you're trading with a new guy or an established member. There are no guarantees in any trade. Trade at your own risk.
  14. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
  15. Art is right. Java is always evolving, and sometimes you need the latest version in order for a given website to work correctly.
  16. It does sort of look like it.
  17. Tulio, nobody does those old Fords better than you! Nice work.
  18. Nicely done all around, the interior detail is especially nice.
  19. Not yet. March 18, I think.
  20. Why are there two holes in the center console?
  21. As a test, I tried it just now. Works perfectly.
  22. You can have your name under your avatar, where it says "Full name"... the way you do it. Or you can have your name in a signature that appears at the bottom of all your posts... the way I do it. Either way is fine.
  23. Remember, do not post hints or answers here. PM me with year, make and model. The answer: 1962 Skoda Felicia
  24. I didn't do anything to the photo. Like Jon said... the photo is out there on various places.
  25. If you have an idea for a feature article, send me or Gregg a PM and we will let you know if we can use your idea. If so, we will let you know all the details regarding what we need from you. As far as the contest issue... you don't send us photos. You enter a contest, maybe your model is noticed and the person working the contest on behalf of Model Cars will photograph it. Then we get the photos from that particular contest sent to us and we decide which models make the contest issue. PS: First things first. Full name in your signature is a forum rule.
