Nice looking coupe. I've owned about a dozen 1/1 in my life and have a 89 in 1/1 right now that I'm duplicating in 1/25. I hope it turns out half as nice as yours.
Nice build!!!!!
I can remember my dad bringing home one of this in white in the mid 70s when he use to sell used cars.
I've got one of this ( 1/25 th scale ) but I can't decide if I want to build it as showroom stock or something else.
Sorry to hear this. Dave always had a good show.
Guess it will save me some money.
Sure hope someone can get a new one going
Cause I can't wait till the fall show.
Bill I built this kit way back when it first came out. ( Wish I still had it but a couple of Black Cats pretty much destroyed it ) I could be wrong but I think it had a Logge chassis.
Any one else have any different info on this.
I don't have the kit or instructions but I do have the ERTL#6346 box that replaced the MPC#1-0453 box and the headers look different. It is not an actual photo but looks more like a artists rendition and you can't always trust the box art.
Any ( ED ROTH EXPERTS ) out there.
Does anyone know anything about ROTH customizing a Ford Torino that was never completed. I have a friend that has the oppurtunity to purchase such a car but we are unable to find any info on any 1/1 websites. We think it is fake but the owner says it is the real deal.
I requested one ( PDF ) from him and never got it. I didn't request it a second time (made my own ).
I did finally get it.
Didn't know Blue Oval was making one. When did it come out?
