  1. I love demolition derbies, and your cars. Is the Chevy wagon scatchbuilt from a Caprice coupe?
  2. The cabs are the same. The '63,'64,'65,& '66 trucks all had different grilles. White on the base models, chrome on Custom Cabs. 1966 was the last year that Ford used that cab and bed style.
  3. That woman was an ex-lawyer. Naturally, she was going to win when she presented the case to another lawyer! I think this was just a move to get a stagnated career going. She is now going to represent others who have the same complant,at a generous fee,of course! Shades of Ralph Nader!
  4. My all time favorite truck model is any '67 to '72 Chevy or GMC pickup truck. The AMT/Ertl '88 to '96 Chevys are my second favorite.
  5. Neat car, unusual body! Is that the old AMT Craftsmen promo body?
  6. It just a rusty old car! Wow, that is excellent weathering. Looks like it's been under water!
  7. That is a nice Elky. Love the 3 way black. Great truck!
  8. That is a great Hudson. If not for the white roof, that's the same color "Doc Hudson" was in the "CARS" movie! I love the whole color scheme. Beautiful buildup!
  9. Hertz used the poverty caps on all their rental cars. That is a neat car. I like the basic cars, this one does it. Great work!
  10. I wish I had thought of this! Great concept and perfect excecution. I love the gold flake paimnt. Nice work!
  11. Unsual and a neat concept! Is those the old Hubley models?
  12. I like the changes on this model. These '65's look really good in black, and that is an unusual and wild paint job, especially on that big of a car! Like I say, I like it! Very, very nice work!
  13. That is a good looking T-Bird! You did an excellent rebuilding job on that kit. The modifications are tastful and does not lose the character of the base car like many customization projects do. I do not think I could spend that many hours taping a model car off, you are very patient. A '58 T-Bird promo was my second model, if the tool still exists, I wish Round 2 would reissue it as a snap kit! Great job!
  14. Beautiful, abused model! Yes, you did a very fine job on the busted fiberglass. And the frame was appropriately rusted! An excellent diorama car. Very well done!
  15. I love the looks of your maroon car. The Lincoln wheels and engine was a unique and appropiate modification to this kit. Very, very good work!
  16. I'm working on 2 '49's, an "old Scool Gasser" and a '50/'60's style custom. These are "Gluebee" projects that were already built. I love taking something worthless and turning it into something worthwhile. I was going to put Cadillac engines in both cars, I used to work for and drove a Cadillac, but now, I'm leaning towards the Lincoln engine. Last Friday, I found a '50 convertible frame to use on the "Gasser". It is stiffer, with an "X" brace in the middle of it the coupes don't have. This is a WIP.
  17. These, and the Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis, are the best cars ever built by anybody, anywhere, at anytime! You really did this kit justice. I like your attention to detail, this thing looks like a real car! Thank you for showing how to do it. Excellent modeling!
  18. Great wrecker! It looks like Revell improved this kit since they reissud the orange model, which I have. I may have to get this one, too. A wrecker is my favorite kind of truck and I love G.M. trucks. You did a fine job on this one!
  19. That is a great group of models! I like the antique cars and the '60's Ford rack truck. Nice work!
  20. It also looks like you used a late model Caprice or Impala SS for the lower side panels. This is a great kitbash. My kind of modeling! A great job!
  21. Nice model. The subtile weathering is just right. I love the color! Excellent build!
  22. I think that Chevy Hi Rail was used by Burlington-Northern railroad. That is their colors and it looked like their emblem that had been on the doors. The truck is a 1980 model. Neat stuff. I love junkyards and consider them amusement parks for adults!
  23. I like the fact that you chose an early Hemi for the "Motorvation" for this car. Also good is the early '70's MoPar color and that you opened up the grille. That is a really nice build!
