  1. Hey Snake I considered those options before I bought this guy.... why I bought this instead were the wheels to some extent, but mostly the opening trunk. Biggest dislike for me....those side quarter windows!!! Gonna lose those!!! Again, got it for a VERY good price.
  2. 1969 GTO Judge. It's a Testors/Lincoln Mint that I found on EBay. Just needed a little TLC.
  3. Hey Gregg, what color is your '69 Charger?
  4. That Superbird does look very cool!! The 65 Mustangs I've seen are nice as well. Snake. there are other '67 Shelbys out there including a Revell version. And also the version (???) that I found on EBay....which I will try to post up about over the weekend!
  5. Oh that is Great Geno!!
  6. I have those same 2. Recently I found 1 of the Thunderbolts in Butch Leal's livery!! The 1st one I bought was plain white, and I'd decalled it with one of Fred Cady's Butch Leal sheets.
  7. Are You asking about the NASCAR/TRANS AM Firestones? https://www.ebay.com/itm/6569F-1965-1969-Firestone-Style-10-Stock-Car-Tires-PPP-1-25-Scale-L-K/112819008878?hash=item1a4489756e:g:bE0AAOSwquVaChWz
  8. Hey Snake, You and I have very similar taste I guess. During my recent Ebay buying spree I bought 1 of these too. I bought it for the display case it came in, and also I thought I'd use the wheel/tire combo for another model.
  9. Well it is only an engine plate, but I intend on some detail painting as time permits. The last 2 months of 2017 I went a little crazy on EBay and bought few diecasts that were really good deals!!! In other words........ I went broke saving money!!!
  10. I kinda thought that........but I only paid 5.00 for it, with free shipping.
  11. Snake, These are the sheets I used, sponsor decals came from Yesterdays and Slixx vintage sheets. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Fred-Cady-Decal-43-To-Do-The-1969-Mustang-Trans-AM-Boss-302/122999677580?hash=item1ca35a228c:g:oN4AAOSw4Yxam2zT https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-Jerry-Titus-2-H-Kwech-1968-Mustang-1-24th-1-25th-Scale-Decals/331621262498?hash=item4d362ae4a2:g:L1kAAOxyqOxRsKKO
  12. A Slightly modified 1999 Cobra
  13. ...I did with mine. I turned it into a Dan Gurney tribute.
  14. Non acetone or not. flat black, or satin black or most any non gloss paint will be removed. As far as the NAPA die cast I bought, it looks as though the orange as applied right over the white so the orange didn't bite in. In other words, the white base coat should have been roughed 1st. so the orange applied over it would hold on better.
  15. Yes Snake I did tell You about me using that method....but! like I said becareful!! Recently I bought a NAPA Alan Kulwicki Hooters Thunderbird and tried to remove the "THUNDERBIRD" on the front valance, and also removed the orange paint under it as well!!!!
  16. Don't You mean PACZKI ? Oops! I did not realize I misspelled it.
  17. It's good to know that You're out there doing Your part, Bob!!!
  18. Way to be, Agent G!!!
  19. Joe, You're made of sterner stuff than I.
  20. ...the Jewel/Albertsons store near me!! With Fat Tuesday on the way PACZI were on the shelf again!!! And wouldn't ya know a box of raspberry glazed followed me home. BUT! they did not survive for long!!!! 1 bye 1....GONE!!!
  21. Hey! that's exactly how I drove home from work on Monday evening!
  22. http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/music/news/dolores-oriordan-dead-cranberries-age-singer-frontwoman-cause-of-death-a8160581.html This seemingly just keeps on happening!!
  23. This is the one I bought instead. It's made by Unique Replicas, only draw back i found was that it's a bank. What i found was a black/red and white version, and used that nail polish remover trick to change the numbers to represent a Parnelli Jones Trans Am car.
  24. Hey Merry Christmas Snake! that's a pretty cool looking Boss, and I almost bought one myself. Those wheels are great, as is the stance. Only reason i did not was, it didn't have enough detail.
