Snake your right. I found that out when i tried it on my Weatherby with light flecking on the barrel end. Cold blue helped afterwards.

The pallet jack was a surprise.

Thanks guys, Since this is just going to be a curbside style kit without interior or engine I am not really concerned about much except trying to build a clean looking shelf model. i don't have the talent to do much else. My Cobra collection is lacking in Daytona's and this was at least one way to get another in the cabinet with out spending a bunch for one of the resin kits. I had to think twice about buying this body as with shipping it was over 30 dollars.

I bought this 1/24 Kyosho Daytona Cobra body on ebay. It's a pretty nice looking body and it is made for slot cars. I got a Revell Cobra as a donor and will try and use some of those parts to build a display model of the Daytona. It will be a curbside as it will not have an engine or an interior and just black plastic windows.

Although I wish models were cheaper I can't say I mind spending what they cost. If you built one a week it would get expensive with the glue and paint ect. But if you build one say a month it doesn't seem so bad. What else can you spend 25.00 or so bucks on an get that amount of time and satisfaction ? Not to mention when your done you have something to show for your money. Just one guys opinion.
