  1. Thought I would show my latest projects progress....... Going for a mildly customized lowrider. I want to do an all out show lowrider in the future, so this kit is preparing me for that...... The idea is a pearl white interior in a black and gray body with the spoke wheels pictured. Thanks for looking, feedback welcomed...!

  3. So my Mom calls me on the phone and says "Step outside, I have something to show you." Her and Dad pull up in this! It's all original (minus the wheels, but he has the original wheel covers) The paint, top, engine, trans, all original. I believe the seats have been redone, but that's it......... Less than 78,000 miles on it..........
  4. Hey, David..... if you look at page 3 of Impalows Pinto Gasser build you can see the wire centers he got from eBay. He had to make his own rims and hubs, but they look really good!

  6. Here's yet another album by Les Claypool........ He builds bands just so they can make an album together, then he moves on to other projects. He has been quoted as saying "Play as much as you can, as often as you can, with as many different people as you can, it's they only way you can learn and grow." Anyway, this group is called Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains, the album is The Big EyeBall in the Sky..... it consist of Les on bass, Bernie Worrell on keys, Buckethead on guitar, and Brian Mantia on drums....... Google "Elephant Ghost" and give it a listen..........

  10. Hey, Friend.... That foil job looks excellent! to your question, you may have to assemble the model before you add the chrome spears that run along the body.....
  11. Since the color spectrum has come up, something I've often wondered is How do we see the color Brown? What are it's elemental colors? It's not part of the color wheel................
  12. If you Google "do a barrel roll" the page will spin..........

This guy reminds me of JB........... I kinda liked JB.................
  15. Yea, you're right, but we have to not look at them as mistakes, but rather ways learned not to do something........ I learned from my old man who Not to be....... I guess you could say I learned from his flubs
  16. Wasn't it Thomas Edison that said something to the effect of..... I didn't fail 1000 times at making a light bulb, I discovered 1000 ways NOT to make a light bulb....... I learn best by doing, probably just like you Bill.......

  25. A little trivia about the "Soldier on a Horse" statue that graces many a town square or park...... If the horse has both front feet up in the air, the soldier died in battle. If the horse has only one front foot in the air, the soldier died from wounds acquired in battle. If the horse has all four feet planted, the soldier was in the battle, but died of natural causes.................
