I'm trying to add a profile pic. I'm following the instructions, but every time I try it says that it failed. Are there any tricks to this. Any help would be appreciated
I like that one. I just tried to fix up one of them, the first version with the detriot motor and the green windows. You have done a fine job on that one
I know the feeling...years ago my wife and I collected about 300 kits. A bunch of big rigs and cars.We have a shelf full of built ones that are so dusty that you can't even tell the colors. I found this site recently and I'm really inspired. I'll have to start building again
Hello fellow modelers: I'm Jeff from Marana AZ. I just found this site and it is incredible, the talent here is truly amazing. I haven't built in years and this place has renewed my interest. I mostly do trucks...just out of the box. Here is a pic of me and what I do to support my habit...lol
Yes those old detroits were something else. I drove an old White with a 318...had a 5x4 and a chain drive mixer. Like it has been stated, you kept it at the top of the rpm range. It was good in traffic when it was empty, but loaded was another story.
Thanks for the info. I have the Gone Fishing set, looks like a neat model. The boat is also pretty nice replica of a Ranger 363. Wife built the version that came with the El Camino...looks great. I'll dust it off and post a pic
