  1. What a Fun build. The Engine colors make me think you molded the parts out of Play-Doh!. As too the Carbs, couldn't ya just cut the Hood like Rodders'd do for a Blower or High Rise intake?

When I got out of the Army I removed the Unit Patch from my Field Jacket and put a Black n White Mr Natural Keep On Truckin' Patch in its place.

  4. The Song has 4 references to the singer being known as Mr. Natural. Ya mean 'Ol Fred Keep On Truckin'

  6. The main reason the Song has stuck in my head is the reference to Mr Natural. My first exposure to "Mr Natural" was in Zap Comix so I had a mental image that assisted in remembering the Song - Demented but lasting non the less.
  7. Hi John There's plenty of the old IMC/Union Chaparal 2E's still floating around out there and parts kits appear on ebay on a fairly regular basis. You are going to want to secure a set of Weber Carbs for the engine. The IMC/Union kits come with 8 separate flaired "tubes".
  8. Lot's of Newer Cars there. I went to High School just North of there a few years later. I don't think there were 2 Brand new cars in our the Student Parking Lot.
