There's Fred's Model World - http://www.fredsmodelworldonline.com/index.htm - But be advised, Just 'cause it's listed dosn't mean it's still there. It's a Static List that gets updated every Month or so. But if you're looking for Builders at reasonable to Very Good Prices He's not a bad place to try. -
It's Kit # 8359 and has a Grey Elkie on the Box instead of the Red one on Kit # 8017. There is No Stock Option Engine in that Kit. It also lower Profile Tires with 5 Spoke Wheels And the Bed is Wood Grained.

My first was a $400 '60 1/2 ton Panel Truck that was orgionaly owned by a Laundry Company. It had a Large Roof Rack where the Dirty Laundry bags were placed that was Great for Drive In Movies. Sit in the back row and put a pair of fold up Chaise Lounges up there. Boring Movie, no problem just move "Indoors".......... -

It would seem you're in Good Company as no one else got it either. The New Christy Minstrels was a Pop/Folk light Rock group that had MANY of the eras Folk/Rock people pass through. If you were to do a You Tube on Green Green I'd be suprised if you didn't go "Oh Yea" within the first 20 seconds.
