  1. Chuck is one lucky guy i say, but we will all have our chance with this kit. Recently i have noticed an early 70s f350 dump truck on a local farm road i travel every day on the way to work its pretty weathered looking but changes position every day so it must still run or the owner gets bored and pushes it, may have to stop and get pictures one day and use this kit to build it.
  2. And after 03 I beleive it was the 8800 package and then after 08 it was on the supercrew cab as the heavy duty trailer package. So the 7 lugs are out there just gotta find them.
  3. very nice work. I almost bought a 7 lug F250 a while ago. They ran production actually all the way up to 2014 but after 2003 became extremely rare. After 98 the 7 lug F250 was renamed the F150 7700.
  4. Very cool I have only seen one 1:1 conversion locally. I have seen them online though.
  5. Ohio never gets salt or rusty vehicles who are you kidding? Oh who am i kidding
  6. There is also the brookfield chevy dually which was a crew cab(correct me if I wrong with terms) (full 4 door)
  7. well here is an update after over a year of no progress. the mirrors didnt make it and the air horn has the nasty habit of falling of with even wind touching it. Got some decals done for it and the hometown cop car. The plow blade is getting a funny name due to the fact our mailbox gets mutilated every year...
  8. I happen to have the supercrewzer and speccast f350. They look great together even being slightly different scales.
  9. yes it is a direct copy of the mpc kit. I have it on my dodge
  10. I understand why they were down it is a very tragic thing to lose any relative especially the ones that were closest. I have their bumpers which are amazingly done also the tail lights. Patience is key with the best stuff, but oddly enough my dad asked me yesterday If I was ever gonna finish it because im the only one in the house who seems to finish builds. Hopefully the guys at modelhaus are doing ok though, I will definetly wait after finding out.
  11. Photo etch parts for this? Its already so realistic. Sounds to me like there may be a big following in aftermarke & resin. Hopefully maybe a billet grille
  12. very nice! I will have to build mine with those wheels
  13. They do exist in resin form. The guy i believe is even a member on these forums (dont quote me though) A comparison shot.
  14. Nice stuff!!! Now if someone could do the 76 front end that i ordered from modelhaus to get a note with my order to say it was back ordered then find out that due to sad circumstances they will be down for a while is kind of frustrating considering i ordered in march and still cant finish my 76/78 powerwagon...
  15. i have the raptor it is majorly lacking, the nascars sound cool but would have to be 1/25 for them to match 98% of my builds, the olds would be cool.
  16. There is the speccast f350 dually. A while ago I started a topic to see what all people had for dually vehicles
  17. i think it was 18$ or something like that
  18. I beleive chuck said he used amt parts pack wheels though.
  19. I ordered mine from detail junkies since it was a legit website and not a guy on facebook but it is definitely the same engine kit
