  2. Good Lord!!! What a great model!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Thanks guys. I had posted this one before, I think back in 2012. Those builds I'm calling Oldies, are new pictures of old builds. Hope I'm nor boring you guys to death with re-runs. I just waxed the body, no sanding. I always paint the bodies on vertical position, that minimizes the chances of some dust particle to get to the paint. I have some pictures of the body still on the painting stand. 4. Thanks gentlemen!! The color is TS-11 Maroon Tamiya spray paint. I think Tamiya is just the very best spray paint you can buy, period.
  5. Yet another re-run: 1940 Ford de Luxe Tudor sedan. AMT kit. Tamiya paint, straight from the spray can. 6. Thank you my friends!! MIcrocraft Ford Car Modeling appreciates your comments!!!
  7. I kind of like curbside kits. less work to do I'll confess you something: man, I don't like to work with resin. I have some resin bodies and even built a resin conversion for a friend, but I don't like dealing with the stuff.
  8. Thank you very much guys!!!
  9. Oh boy!!!! So perfect...
  10. I'm not into customs with radical body mods, but that hood in a hood, man, that's way crazy (in a good sense) and shiny!!!
  11. 13. Great build Mike!! Not only the body color is very beautiful and goes great with the car, but the vinyl roof in white is also sweet! 10 out of 10!!
  14. Thanks my friends. For the ones that liked the wheels, they are from the AMT 1962 Thunderbird.
  15. Thanks again guys!! The paint is automotive Raven Black followed by Tamiya clear.
  16. Thanks guys!! I agree with Steve, the cars do look a lot nicer just the way they left the factory!!
  17. Thanks!! About the mirrors, I think I have one of those kits... Will take a look for sure. Thanks again.
  18. Thanks guys!! Love your feedback!!
  19. That's very cool. Ford power baby...
  20. You know, I always thought this to be the best looking Toyota ever too. The car looks sporty and actually has a personality. I think the Japanese car manufacturers try to make cars to please, or at least not to repeal, the vast majority of people. The more "personality" a car has, bigger the chances a large amount of people will hate it, and don't buy it.
  21. This one I also Think I already posted here. Anyway, those are new pictures I took for a Brazilian forum. This model was built at the same time as the black "sleeper" with the supercharged engine. This car has some of the accessories offered trough the dealer network, like the trunk mounted antenna, and the dual fender mirrors. 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Club Victoria by Lovefordgalaxie, on Flickr
  22. I think I posted this one before. i'm not sure. I like the AMT kit WAY WAY better than the Revell.
