sclqa
Hi, My name is Stan. I have been doing modeling since I was 10 (a long long time ago). I have been collecting Corvair Models since the Mid 70s. Back then the unbuilt $1.00 kits of the 1960s were around $20. bucks. Now they are $200.! I specialize in scratch building "one-of" cars that the kit makers didn't really make a kit of, or if they did I turn the Coupes into convertibles and the 4drs into wagons. I am also working on Autorama cars, and other Corvair based actual cars - or even cars that existed as a "one-of" show car at one time in the past. There is also a slew of 60s Barris and Roth based specialty cars that used Corvair engines, trans-axles and frames. I started many of these before there were resin kits and now I am looking to buy, build and modify those resin kits also. Many of theses are planned for my retirement in a few years. Thanks, Stan
