misterNNL Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 All super nice builds. They set the standards bar very high.
Anderson_15_ Posted August 25, 2015 Posted August 25, 2015 I have a quick question for you, my next model will be the first one that I do with an opening trunk. I watched your hinging tutorial and I'll definitely be following it. But my paint job is going to be really thick so I wanted to know how well they will fit together. Do I need to sand the sides a bunch? Or will it fit without any modifications. Just thought I'd see what you have to say before I screw it up and have to reprint. Thanks
Evil Appetite Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 I don't know how he continues to build amazing models when obviously his hair has turned white, his mustache looks like a broom, and his tattoo ink has faded. Just kidding you, Donn, you know we love you and you continue to build some jaw-dropping, eye-popping gorgeous models. Case in point, here are a few to enjoy: Yeah me likey that chevy gasser so much I'm gonna plagiarize that bugger!!! Beautiful as usual DOnn!

Ace-Garageguy Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Wow. All beautiful work. The finish on the red / black '56 Chebby is so perfect, it takes some real effort to spot the other indications it's a model.
rmvw guy Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Beautiful examples. Thanks for sharing with us.

Deuces ll Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 Hey fellas... Sorry for bringing this old thread up again.. I was just curious as to what happened to Doc?... I used to follow his work on here years before I signed up.....
jknovak760 Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 I don’t know who Doc is , but his models are great inspiration to me. I’m now retired and I’m starting up my model hobby again. Only about 50 years of a break !!
