C6r Fans New Decals

Strada Sports is releasing two new decals for the Corvette. One is the Bad Boys Corvette that raced at Laguna Seca last year. The other is the two versions of the Ron Fellows all white car. Both decals sheets are at the printers.

I sent Kevin aka Strada Sports the link yesterday to the Bad Boys '08 car w/the new for '08 graphics scheme...which isn't half as cool as the '07 scheme, but hey...modelers want everything! I would assume he'll have '08 graphics sometime in the not terribly distant future...especially after he sees them in person at Sebring in about three weeks.

Are these decals related to the Canadian guy that was doing them as well? or are these a different in house effort?

Bob it shows the BBV 2007 paint scheme on his website. I assume that is the version he is doing 1st?

New in-house effort.

I believe the BBV decal will be able to do both #3 and #4 car. But you would have to check with Kevin.

That is excellent news. Being a fellow Canadian Ron's car is a natural and since Jim Drew showed us his Bad Boys car I've wanted to do that one as well.

You could put them on what ever you want but they are mad for the C6R.

It would be like taking a NASCAR paint scheme that runs on a Fusion and putting it on

and old Taurus kit.

While the decals are for a C6R, they don't really follow any body contour so you can use them anywhere. The C6R is wider than the C5 so the hood decal may reach to the sides. Just a guess.

I dropped Kevin a note as soon as I saw this. In his reply he told me that the Fellows white car sheet should be back from the printers in 4-5 weeks and he's think that the Bad Boys car sheet should be available around the end of March.

Great. Two more to add to the Ron Fellows collection. Now if only someone would do the decals for his Mackenzie / AER Trans-Am Mustangs both Tom Gloy Racing and Roush Racing.
