John, thanks for the link. Now pray Harry won't kill you for it :D

If Harry , et al. , have a problem with my mentioning of , and linking to , "the other magazine" , then I will apologise . If I was aware of MCM running an article on the same / similar topic , I would have shared that link . I have no favourtism nor do I harbour any disdain ; this hobby is all about camaraderie :) .

I couldn't agree more. I have no favoritism either. To prove that I'm on both forums, and use to post the same things on both. Of course sometimes I forget a thing or two, but that doesn't mean I like one magazine better than the other. Even if I wanted to, I wouldn't have a mean of comparation between the two. I never had a MCM on hand, they don't sell magazines here in Brasil. By other hand I can get "the other magazine" at the airport newsstand...

Hey Harry, what about a free sample to a forum member overseas? ;) (hint, hint)

these old imc or testor kits were a bear to build,  but if you could, as you have, it was a nice rep.  plus it had parts for 46  7  or 8.  nice job, finsh looks like it was dipped, clean

That's a really nice coupe , the best from that kit ( I have several ) I've ever seen .

What's the chance of you giving us a tutorial on your painting process ? Your cars are always beautifully painted .

I don't do nothing special, just airbrush enamel with a old single action airbrush.

On the next car I may try to film the painting process. Did that before, but the video is not very good. I spend way more in kits than in cameras:D

Here is the old video:
