All of a sudden mY Pictures off my phone and laptop are all too big!!! What size Pixels are they to be?

If i crop one, just a bit,it works,,but I have to do everyone!! help!!!

I always size to 800 wide, but lately I've been doing 1000. With 92% jpeg compression the come out looking good and small enough for any web page.

Oh,,thanks,good info,,Say Would you know a good Pixel size or close too for 1/25 scale decals,,Like when i Re-size some like for oil filters, and say a regular sponsor decals,,I just need a ball park, I have a few I got off the web and they are huge! I have KIMP Program, and it has scale re-sizing,,Thanks

If you're going to use the image to eventually print decals, you want as large a resolution as possible. The more pixels per inch, the better, provided the output device (printer) can accommodate that large of a resolution.

For posting images here or elsewhere on the web, 72 pixels per inch is a good standard. This explains a bit more/better:
