NYNS Franky Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 So I picked up a Revell '69 Chevy Nova. My plan is to replicate the first car I remember as a kid, my father's '71 Chevy Nova. Lime green poly, black vinyl roof, black interior with a bench seat, and hubcaps. My fathers car had the straight 6 in it, does anyone know where I can source a similar engine from? Thanks.
jas1957 Posted June 13, 2015 Posted June 13, 2015 Model Car World & Replicas & Miniatures of MD both have resin Chevy six cylinder engines.
NYNS Franky Posted June 14, 2015 Author Posted June 14, 2015 Thanks fellas! Will be ordering one shortly.
dimaxion Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 A MCW & R&MoM resin engins are readily available making these the best choice IMHO . Change Air Cleaner / Silencer , add the Heat Stove and air pump for proper emissions for the '70 MY . A Picture fopr referwence would be helpful . Thanx ..
